I do yoga every day, if not every other, and it's a great thing to get into, whether one is looking for spiritual aspects or not. Perhaps the most agreeable thing about a good yoga practice is that it doesn't expect same or better performance every day, making room for the ebbs and flows of our bodies through daily life. I hope the 40 days doesn't overload your already radiant self :) Go Megan!
